Welcome - I’m Jo Tocher and I’m passionate about helping people find their natural flow in life so they can glow from the inside out!

I’ve worked as a Natural Health practitioner since 1997, supporting people with my skills in:

• Heart Screening

• Aromatherapy Massage

• Indian Head Massage

• Healing

• Hypnosis

More recently I’ve trained as a Chrysalis Effect Practitioner and specialise in supporting people with M.E, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.

I used to work in the corporate world until I realised it was affecting my health and decided it wasn’t for me. So I did a taster weekend on aromatherapy, went on to do a diploma and my journey into complementary therapies hasn’t stopped since!
